Kids as young as 5 years old can do the program! And it is great for all ages of adults.
Absolutely! This program is great for bonding with your child(ren) and is a perfect way to be a role model and inspiration. Personal development is a lifelong process and we never stop learning and growing.
You can totally do the program as an individual! If you feel like inviting others to join you on the journey, feel free. There are no rules... but you are encouraged to have fun and enjoy the material!
Once you purchase the program, you can instantly download it on your computer, phone, and/or tablet. Once downloaded, you can begin the journey (it is PDF fillable so you can save notes virtually) or you can print it out and have a physical copy.
The program is coursed out to complete over a 12 month period in order to keep it fun and manageable. It's also great to get into a long-term rhythm of personal growth, so you may create healthy habits and consistent momentum.
However, you are more that welcome to do the program at your own pace and journey through as you wish.
These two things are interchangeable. Sometimes you, or others in your group if doing it as a collective, may prefer to write down thoughts and feelings, and perhaps sometimes you'd rather just discuss the topic/prompt.
