Welcome!

Without a doubt, I am a conduit for healing, growth, and personal expansion.   

Celebrating life, uplifting and inspiring others, talking about the hard stuff, holding safe space for others to be vulnerable, and to be a vessel for the light of the Spirit. 

My purpose and passions have been clear from a very young age.  As an empath, I have been called to be of service and empower and uplift others.  I come from an eclectic blend of Spiritualities and have been involved in faith based practices my entire life.  I have traveled and explored, and continue to remain teachable and eager to expand my heart and mind in any and all ways possible.  I am a grateful Soul, with a keen sense of curiosity and a humble appreciation for each breath that I take.  

I did my undergraduate work at UNLV in Psychology and continued my education at Sofia University, to receive my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Eco-Spirituality and Creativity and Innovation. 

Most of my energy has gravitated towards serving women, youth and elderly.    

I worked as a Behavioral Specialist for youth at risk for over fifteen years, and currently work as a Guidance Counselor at a religious school for grades Pre-K to 8th grade. 

I'm super excited to announce that I just launched THRIVING, a fun and invigorating personal development activity book for individuals or collectives (families, friend-groups, classrooms or work places) that focuses on character traits and life skills.

I provide Coaching and Therapy services to women all over the world and offer a virtual mentorship program called Moving Mountains (which is currently being revamped and will be released soon).    

I am a Reiki Conduit extending my vessel to the Universal flow of healing and cleansing energy. 

I am a Death Doula, opening my heart to those in transition and facing the dying process, as well carrying out a heartfelt mission to re-brand death and bring this part of our journey into a beautiful comforting light.  

I also am of service for suicide prevention, postvention and grief and loss support.  

I recently became a wedding officiant and look forward to being a part of so many special moments.

I am a companion to elderly and those in need of an ear, compassion and help.  And I assist with respite for those in need of a break from being a caregiver. 

Labels, titles, degrees, certifications and experience put to the side, I am just like You, longing to live a life full of meaning, purpose, joy, and boundless love. 

I would be honored to walk alongside you if you need support with life, death and anything in between.
